The rules for using Learnoscale's website, platform and services.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Learnoscale website (learnoscale.com), the Learnoscale platform, and related applications and services (together, the "Services"), operated by Learnoscale ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Using an Institute's portal? Websites and apps run by coaching institutes and educators on Learnoscale technology are operated by those institutes ("Institutes"). Your purchase, refund and service relationship for courses and test series is with the Institute, under the Institute's own terms and policies. These Terms cover the underlying platform and learnoscale.com.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us (or your Institute) immediately of any unauthorised use.
If you are a minor, you may use learner services only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
Institute administrator accounts must be created by a person authorised to bind the Institute.

3. Institute Subscriptions

Institutes subscribe to the platform under a selected plan; plan features, limits (such as learner counts, live-class concurrency or AI usage quotas) and pricing are shown at purchase or agreed separately.
Subscription fees are billed per the agreed billing cycle. Non-payment may lead to suspension after reasonable notice.
Institutes connect their own payment gateway; learner payments settle directly with the Institute. Learnoscale is not a party to transactions between Institutes and their learners.
Institutes are responsible for their own legal compliance — including consumer protection, taxation, advertising claims and the accuracy of their content.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your content stays yours

Institutes retain all rights to the content they upload — questions, courses, videos, documents and branding. By uploading, an Institute grants Learnoscale a limited licence to host, process, display and distribute that content solely to provide the Services (including delivering it to the Institute's learners and, where the Institute chooses, to other institutes through the content-sharing marketplace).

4.2 Our platform stays ours

The Learnoscale software, design, and technology remain the property of Learnoscale and its licensors. No rights are granted except as needed to use the Services.

4.3 Learner access

Learners receive a personal, non-transferable right to access purchased content for their own study. Content may be protected by watermarking, device limits and other technical measures; circumventing them is prohibited.

4.4 AI-assisted content

Some content may be generated with AI assistance and reviewed by the Institute before publication. Institutes are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated drafts before use.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

share accounts, resell access, or redistribute paid content without authorisation;
cheat in assessments, circumvent proctoring, or help others do so;
copy, scrape, download or record content except where the platform explicitly allows it;
upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or content you lack rights to;
probe, disrupt or overload the Services, or attempt to access other tenants' data;
use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications in violation of law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with notice where practicable. Exams may record integrity events (such as tab switches or camera flags); Institutes decide the consequences of flagged conduct in their assessments.

6. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Services available and performant, including offline-resilient exam delivery, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify features, and will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce subscribed functionality. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where feasible.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services interoperate with third-party services — payment gateways, messaging channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram), video infrastructure, app stores and AI providers. Their terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Learnoscale does not guarantee exam selection, scores or academic outcomes, and is not affiliated with any government recruitment body or examination authority unless expressly stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Learnoscale's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid to Learnoscale for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

Institutes agree to indemnify Learnoscale against third-party claims arising from their content, their offerings to learners, or their breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time; Institutes may terminate per their subscription terms. Upon termination we provide a reasonable window for Institutes to export their content and data, after which it is deleted per our retention practices. Sections that by nature survive termination (including content ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) survive.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of Learnoscale's registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues are resolved directly.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and where required we will notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

By accessing this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information, software, products, or services) on learnoscale.com's Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials;
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform;
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by learnoscale.com at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. CONTENT

Our Platform allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Platform, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content on or through the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (i) the content is yours and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your content on or through the Platform does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of learnoscale.com and its licensors. The Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of learnoscale.com.

6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by learnoscale.com.

learnoscale.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that learnoscale.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

7. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall learnoscale.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where learnoscale.com is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
